Since joining Search Associates as a Senior Consultant in 2019, Barbara has been engaged in HOS and Principal searches around the world. Barbara holds multiple certifications including Superintendent, Director of Curriculum, and Principal.
Barbara’s 40-year career in educational leadership has spanned all levels and ages of children and included a term on her local school board. Before joining Search Associates, she served as Superintendent of a high-performing school district in the northeastern US, one receiving a top national ranking from Forbes Magazine. Barbara participated in a US delegation to China and sponsored an in-residence Chinese language teacher. She also led professional development and practicum oversight with teachers from the Dominican Republic and Guatemala.
