Report a Concern

Reporting Pathways for Candidate concerns

At Search Associates, we are committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and supportive experience for every candidate.

To uphold these values, we believe it is important to be transparent about how we receive and address concerns. Our purpose in creating our Reporting Pathways for Candidate Concerns is to make sure that we are providing a clear and accessible way for candidates to share their experiences, whether that involves a member school, a general concern, or concerns related to bias, discrimination, or other identity based harm.

The feedback we receive will be used to improve individual follow-up and resolution, guide organizational learning and growth, and identify areas where we fall short. We will also share what we learn with our community to ensure that the feedback contributes to visible change and accountability. Our goal is to repair relationships and rebuild trust as an organization.

For candidates who may feel unsafe reporting to us directly, we have provided a confidential and anonymous,"Safe Reporting Form," accessible in the flow chart below.
