Search Associates Welcomes Bridget McNamer

After 23 years of dedicated service to candidates and schools, Senior Associate Dexter Lewis is scaling back this year and will be replaced in the Search Associates team by Bridget McNamer.

After graduating from Harvard University, Bridget began teaching overseas at the American University in Cairo, Egypt. She was then hired by John Magagna for an internship at Jakarta International School. John recalls that she was so successful in her internship year that he hired her for the following year for a full time position in the High School English department and as a part-time college counselor. Later, John persuaded Bridget to coordinate the first few Search Associates job fairs in Cambridge, Massachusetts which were highly successful.

Bridget then attended The Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies to earn her Masters in International Relations and Economics. Subsequently, twenty years of work with foundations and large corporations prepared her to launch her own successful philanthropic advisory firm, McNamer and Associates.

We are delighted that Bridget has now returned to her roots, bringing to Search Associates her wide range of experience and expertise. To read more about Bridget, please visit the Meet our Team page!
