Nearly 3,000 Teachers and Administrators Find Jobs Through Search Associates!

When the last recruiting cycle ended, the numbers came in: Search Associates set an all-time record by assisting 2,925 educators find positions in international schools. This includes 33 Administrative searches, of which 28 were Head of School appointments. Another phenomenal trend: Each year, for the past several, Search-assisted placements have increased an average of 20%. Jessica Magagna, President of Search Associates, comments on this impressive record:

"We are always surprised when we see our numbers increase so dramatically, as our goal has never been to become the largest recruiting agency. By providing exceptional personal attention, we concentrate intently on helping the schools. We focus our time and resources on helping schools with their recruitment needs and helping candidates find jobs. I believe this fundamental approach has been largely responsible for our success."

Our team of 18 Associates boasts a total of over 500 years of experience working in and for international schools as educators, administrators, evaluators, and consultants for Heads of Schools and Boards of Directors. Because our Associates have lived in every corner of the world, they are experts in the areas of travel and cultural assimilation. This wide range of experience in schools spanning the globe enhances our ability to provide outstanding service to both candidates and schools.

Search Associates looks forward to another year of helping and supporting schools and candidates around the world.
