Harare International School (Zimbabwe)

Dear Search Associates Colleagues,

On behalf of the Search Committee and the Administration of Harare International School in Harare, Zimbabwe, and their partners at Search Associates, we are pleased to announce that Mr. Jeffrey (Jeff) Marquis has been appointed to assume the role of Secondary School Principal in 2024-2025.

Mr. Marquis is currently serving as the High School Principal at Yongsan International School of Seoul in South Korea, a position he has held since 2022.  Jeff has also served as the Senior School Principal at Prem Tinsulanonda International School in Chiang Mai, Thailand (2018-2022), Secondary Principal at Anglo-American School of Sofia in Bulgaria (2013-2018), Assistant High School Principal at Seoul Foreign School in South Korea (2009-2013) and Assistant Middle School Principal at Graded, the American School of Sao Paulo in Brazil (1998-2009). 

Mr. Marquis earned a Bachelor of Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo in Ontario, a Bachelor of Education from Western University in Ontario, and a Master of Education in Principal Leadership from New England College in New Hampshire.
