Dear Colleagues,
NOVA International School Skopje and Search Associates are glad to announce the appointment of Ms Angela Speirs to succeed Julie Cox as Elementary School Principal with effect from August 2026.
Since 2023 Angela has been serving as Early Years Principal at the Canadian International School in Singapore. Earlier in her career she served with distinction in leadership roles at Bandung International School (Indonesia), Bangkok Patana School (Thailand), Xiamen International School (China) and the International School of Havana (Cuba).
Before training as a primary teacher at Craigie College of Education, Ayr (UK) Angela earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Energy Engineering from Edinburgh Napier University (UK). She was selected as the outstanding candidate from a field of over 70 applicants, following an extensive global search lasting several months and a rigorous assessment process.
NOVA and Search Associates warmly congratulate Angela on her success and also thank all those who applied for the position and those who helped in any way during the course of the search.
