New Director for

2016-2017 School Year

Dear Colleagues,

On behalf of the Search Committee and Tashkent International School, we thank you for your interest in the Director position. The Search Committee has announced the appointment of Myna Anderson as the new Director, to commence August, 2016.  

Below is an excerpt from the school boards announcement:“After several hours’ careful deliberations on 1 October 2015, the Board decided to appoint Mrs. Myna Anderson as the next TIS Director. We are happy to inform you that she has accepted the offer and will start her new position in August 2016.  We believe Mrs. Anderson is an excellent fit for our school and she will arrive to a Board and community that are enthusiastically behind her. The next steps to be taken jointly by the Board and TIS Leadership will be to work on a detailed and effective transition plan to enable Mrs. Anderson a smooth transfer from her present position into her new rrole at TIS and to familiarize herself with TIS management procedures, policies and plans evenwell before her first working day in August 2016.”
