Tiffany joined SEARCH to spearhead the Marketing Department. With a decade of experience in marketing consulting, her specialties include search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), pay per click advertising (PPC), social media, content writing, blogging, and PR, in addition to traditional methods. Tiffany graduated sum cum laude from Penn State University. She holds an MBA, a BS in Marketing, and a BS in Management, with a focus in Human Resources. She owns a consulting firm, Young Business Marketing, and enjoys working with local businesses, transforming their brand online and creating lasting memories.

Tiffany is a dedicated and active member of her community. She is a Board Member and Marketing Director for Please Live, a nonprofit agency in Central PA. She is also an accomplished violinist and Board President for the Hershey Symphony Orchestra. She continues to play weddings and events locally. One of her greatest accomplishments was drafting two pieces of legislation during an internship at the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. She enjoys fitness, cooking, writing, and traveling. On a free evening, you will find Tiffany digesting a novel while enjoying a hot cappuccino.

Tiffany is very enthusiastic about joining the SEARCH team, stating "I value my education and believe in our mission. Tiffany plans to continue enhancing SEARCH's global reach through an effective marketing strategy, solid brand recognition, and a dedicated focus on quality.
