Paul had 41 years of experience as an international educator before joining Search Associates, having worked in Europe, Asia, Africa, and Latin America. He served in senior leadership positions as the Director of Harare International School in Zimbabwe and Lincoln School in Kathmandu, Nepal, before serving as the Executive Director of the Association of American Schools in South America.
As a Senior Consultant with Search Associates, Paul conducts leadership searches primarily in Latin America as well as leading Board Governance training and Strategic Planning consulting.
