Diana has been a Senior Consultant at Search Associates since 2022. She previously served as Head of High School at Keystone Academy in Beijing, developing their very successful IB and boarding programs. She also held Principal positions at the Carol Morgan School in the Dominican Republic and the American International School of Abuja in Nigeria. Diana's teaching career spans secondary and university levels in the US, Venezuela, Thailand, and India.
Diana holds BS and MS degrees in Mathematics Education and an Ed.D. in Adult Education and Human Resource Development from Florida International University. She also holds an M.Ed. in Private School Leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University. Diana's abilities in English and Spanish, along with her cross-cultural understanding, bolster her commitment to international education.
