Candidate Inquiries
Candidates will now see a new "Send Inquiry" button next to each opening a recruiter posts , allowing them to send a message to your school earmarked for a specific opening while allowing you to view lists of candidates based on the openings you currently have.
Candidate Lists
Schools can now create their own lists of candidates in order to organize, track, and segment their candidate pools. This website feature is the direct result of recruiter request to support schools with "candidate management."
Accurate Candidate Database
We keep our database accurate and up-to-date by requiring all candidates to login to searchassociates.com at least once every 30 days to maintain an "active" status. This removes inactive and recently hired candidates from a school's search results.
