Jeremy joined Search Associates after serving for 12 years as Head of School at ACS Egham International School in England. His areas of expertise include Transforming Learning and Teaching, Accreditation, Developing and Evaluating all 4 IB Programmes, DEIJ, Strategic Planning, Leadership Searches and Onboarding, Coaching and Mentoring.
Jeremy started his career as a teacher, after which he moved into positions of curriculum and school leadership as an IB Diploma Coordinator, High School Principal, Deputy Head, and Head of School in international schools around the world. He earned his Master of Education from Bath University, and he has recently completed six years as a Commissioner for International Education with the New England Association of Schools and Colleges.
