Caroline began her career as an Elementary (Primary) teacher in her hometown, Melbourne, Australia. Caroline earned her Master of Education (International Education) from Bath University, UK. She spent 25 years teaching and leading schools in Italy, Spain, Vietnam, Japan, Zambia, Bangladesh, Mali, and Uganda. Caroline held a variety of leadership roles including PYP Coordinator, Elementary Principal, and Head of School.
Caroline served on the Association of International Schools in Africa (AISA) Board for seven years, four of those as Chair. This, in conjunction with her experience leading three different international schools in Africa, has prepared her very well for her work as a Senior Consultant conducting leadership searches primarily in Africa.
