Brent joined Search Associates in August 2017 after a 21-year career in public education in the United States and a 23-year career in international education. During Brent’s international career, he served as Superintendent of the International Schools Group (Saudi Arabia), Saudi Aramco Schools (Saudi Arabia), Singapore American School (Singapore), and the American School of Dubai (United Arab Emirates).
Brent earned his BA from St. Olaf College in History/Political Science/Education, his MA in Secondary Guidance and Counseling from the University of Iowa, and his Ed.D. from the University of Northern Colorado in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies.
